During the meeting we discussed Callabo's features, how it compares with competitors, and the client's needs. The client is considering Callabo as a tool for outbound sales.

The client currently uses Apollo and Pipedrive to manage their sales pipeline and expressed interest in integrating Callabo into this process. In addition, the client plans to launch a new product in the third week of November and is preparing their sales strategy accordingly. It was explained that Callabo can help by collecting the client's needs.

The meeting also included a discussion of other communication tools such as Intercom. Callabo explained the product's key features, notably the memo feature. Clients expressed interest in these features and asked about their practical benefits. Feedback collection and management, which was one of the client's main concerns, was also discussed.

The second half of the meeting focused on Callabo's sales strategy and current clients. Callabo shared that several companies are currently using their product, as well as their clients' case studies. Clients expressed interest in the case studies and explored ways in which implement the product.

At the end of the meeting, future plans and follow-up items were discussed. Callabo will provide additional materials to the client, and the client indicated an openness to consider implementing Callabo internally. The client's interest in Callabo's call recording and analysis capabilities was also confirmed. Both parties agreed to explore further collaboration possibilities through ongoing communication.
